The Rockville RPM1470 is a 14-channel powered console mixer featuring USB input and Bluetooth capabilities. When designing this mixer, several key goals were set. Firstly, it had to deliver the clearest, highest-quality sound, achieved through the incorporation of XDR2 low-noise mic preamps - some of the best-sounding mic preamps on the market. Further testing with dual 15" DJ speakers at maximum volume produced crisp, clean high and low frequencies, with the amplifier remaining cool and composed even during extended use.

The amplifier specifications are impressive, with 500 Watts x 2 RMS at 8 ohms and 750 Watts x 2 RMS at 4 ohms. Additionally, the mixer features a dual 7-band master EQ, 4-band EQ on each channel, an EQ kill switch, and pad and solo buttons on each channel.

Connectivity options include a USB input that can play back audio tracks and record the main mix to a USB drive or SD card. Bluetooth integration allows for wireless audio streaming, taking advantage of the most reliable Bluetooth chip available.

Other noteworthy features include a 24-bit digital effects processor with 16 preset effects, effects level control, an effects mute button, and an FX footswitch input. Each channel offers gain, aux, FX, pan, and volume controls, as well as peak LED indicators. Dual stereo 7-band graphic EQ allows for precise frequency correction of monitor and main outputs, with an EQ kill switch for quick adjustments.

Aux sends and returns on every channel enable the connection of a wide range of external effects and processors, and the headphone jack allows for monitoring the master signal and individual channels with PFL and L/R options. Finally, the main output fader, RCA input/output, and USB player round out the comprehensive feature set of the Rockville RPM1470 14-channel powered mixer.
